Refund & Cancellation Policy
By completing a transaction on our platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us to purchase the selected product and/or service.
Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless such cancellation is specifically mentioned as an option on the platform. In such cases, cancellations will be processed according to the terms stated on the platform.
We reserve the right to review and approve any cancellation requests, and additional details may be requested before approval.
Once you have received the product or service, you may request a replacement, return, or refund only if the product/service does not match the description provided on our platform.
All refund requests must be raised within three (3) days from the date of transaction (or as mentioned on the platform, but never less than three days).
